All Sales Are Final
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
Every item in our collection is a unique archive piece — sourced individually, authenticated with care, and described as accurately as possible. Because these pieces cannot be restocked or replaced, we ask that you review all product details, photographs, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping or is materially different from its listing description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lithecuration.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process and ship orders promptly, and once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
