Shipping
Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the condition described. Garments are tissue-wrapped and shipped in protective packaging appropriate to the piece.
Domestic Shipping
Orders over $500 ship free within the United States. For orders under $500, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping prices.
International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date at hello@lithecuration.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
