Avant-garde designer Rei Kawakubo created her pillar ‘Metamorphosis’ collection with fabrics layered in inhuman ways, silhouettes that were of another genus. This piece, styled to interpret an emergence from one body to the next, represents a final part in the transformation (or metamorphosis) of the collection. The black color way is a particularly striking avant-garde piece.
